GOAL: To create a work environment and pay structure to attract and keep top quality buyers agents. Our goal is to have a Buyers Agent close 36 transactions per year. HOW: By building a support staff and putting systems in place that will provide a steady flow of qualified prospects along with systems that will generate referrals during and after the transaction. We want to bring so much value to our buyers agents that they will want to work with the Arch-Zepeda group on a long term basis. LONG TERM VISION: As we continue to work our systems, our business will create more and more referrals, which will benefit everyone. COMMISSION STRUCTURE: The first three months, the Arch-Zepeda group will pay ALL expenses, regardless of the number of sales made. Using an average sales price of $125,000 and a 3% commission ($3,750) Using buyer's agents expenses at $800.00 per month. ONE CLOSING: 35% commission and buyers agent pays all of their own expenses. TWO CLOSINGS: 35% commission and buyers agent gets ½ of expenses paid. THREE CLOSINGS: 50% commission and buyers agents gets all expenses paid and also gets 15% bonus on transactions one and two. (In other words, the buyers agent actually will get a total of 50% on transaction one and two) **If there are more than three transactions in one month, the additional transaction/transactions will go toward the next months production. ***If the there is a month that there are less than 3 closings, and the total sales price is $375,000 or greater, 50% commission will be paid and all buyers agent expenses will be paid. (Example, in a month where an agent had two transactions and the first one was $225K and the other was 150K, the agent would earn 50% and have all expenses paid). Buyers Agents will receive 25% of the commission for all listings referred to the company. All listings count as one sale in the month that the listing is sold. Buyers Agent will be expected to do open houses, email contact with internet clients, and also attend weekly previews. Office phone duty and cell phone duty will be scheduled. |
